When I first tried banoffe pie in Yamamori restaurant (Dublin 1), I fell in love with this delicious dessert! So, when I came across a recipe and it didn’t require baking, I decided to try it immediately :D!
It took me around 30 minutes to make the whole cake and the final result was unreal! This is so quick & easy to prepare. Perfect for last minute quests and those who have sweet tooth ;).
